When do you delete the C of CRM and be aware that realtionship management in purchsing teams is at least equal important?
Purchasing teams are in most cases the most digitalized department in a company and forcing others to raise their level in the same way.

This is the logo of the copilot and is integrated in Outlook. Why "Sales" only? When I follow this button, it shows me CRM topics and lead to this AMA.
