Reindexing: When is reindexing initiated, and how long does it take? Is it every time a feature update is added and/or every time new data is added and/or every time a new user is added?

    Documents created by users with the Semantic index for Copilot enabled are indexed in near real-time. New documents that are added to SharePoint Online sites that have access via site inheritance by two or more users are indexed daily. When existing documents that have been indexed by the Semantic Index for Copilot are updated, the changes are immediately indexed.
