What telemetry is / will be (if so when) available to show Copilot prompt response times (5th percentile, median, 95th percentile) per-app, and ideally trended over time? A secondary question would be whether it's possible to identify - whilst preserving privacy - the kinds of prompt that are taking an inordinate amount of processing time, and whether any user education or nudges are possible to enable them to have a better Copilot experience through better / more-efficient prompts?
