I’ve read that to use Copilot with Outlook, users will need to use the “New Outlook for Windows” app. Are there any other examples of apps that we would need to prepare our users to start using?

    That's correct, you'll have to use the New Outlook or the web app. Copilot will run in the native and web versions of the other apps as they exist today.
