Users licensed for Copilot will get the cross-app experience in Bing.com. That allows they to use natural language to create open ended prompts to reason over your Graph content. To use this functionality, yoiu do need to be using Edge. To your second question, depending on the app, Copilot is available in desktop, web-based apps, and/or mobile. Going forward, we'll continue building on tge surfaces that people use most.

I know its almost certainly out of your scope, but forcing Edge to use innovative technology is an oxymoron to most of your users.
