The LLM call processes customer data in memory and returns the response and other customer content artifacts to the home region. No customer content data is written outside the home region for the user. For European Union users, we have additional safeguards to comply with the EU Data Boundary. EU traffic stays within the EU Data Boundary while worldwide traffic can be sent to EU and other geographies for LLM processing.
