I thought it was mentioned that users should be using the “New Outlook” for Windows for Microsoft Copilot, is this still the case? A related question is will the Microsoft Copilot experience be the same on Office for Mac as it is for Office for Windows? Finally, will Microsoft Copilot work on the iOS and iPadOS Office Apps?
- Microsoft 365 Copilot will require use of the new Outlook for Windows. Copilot will be supported across various platforms.
- Everything I’ve seen for outlook was using the “new outlook” so I think it’s safe to assume this is a requirement and they won’t be supporting the old version. Not seen anything relating to Mac but they have shown it working on mobile; though this might be the web version (not the end of the world).
- That's my understanding as well - "New" Outlook only. This is disappointing since I far prefer the non-"new" Outlook.
