Hey Joe, images are mostly stock images, but Copilot has the ability to add AI-generated images as well. This might be good to check out too https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/licensing/news/Microsoft-Copilot-Copyright-Commitment

The Copilot in PowerPoint FAQ has been updated to address this concern. The images are pulled from stock images licensed for use in PowerPoint.
