I think they have started to do that with the Copilot lab https://copilot.cloud.microsoft/en-US/prompts

I believe that Copilot Lab is more akin a Microsoft selection of prompts for users to try, but I'm talking about user-created prompts that can be shared among peers, basically an internal "community-driven" library.
