I have not had much luck with Copilot for M365 being able to traverse different emails to look for specific info. Eg: What was the invoice total for my last order from Dell.com. I had to iterate a couple of times and finally was able to get Copilot to pull up the email and had to ascertain the response myself. Can you speak of initiatives to make the grounding process better?

Thanks for this feedback. We're constantly working on improving the prompting and search relevance to find the right content and amount of content to summarize. Submitting feedback with the thumbs down will help us debug the issues and improve.
