Is it possible to use Graph connectors to connect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 data? What would be the difference in doing this versus paying the $20/month extra for "Microsoft Copilot for Sales"?

There are definitely benefits to bringing Dynamics data into Microsoft Graph to enhance knowledge/RAG, but I'm not sure you can evaluate it side-by-side with Copilot for Sales, which does a lot more to integrate sales data (from potentially multiple Sales/CRM systems) into places like Outlook, offering add-in functionality, plugin functionality, etc. I don't think we have a "connector vs. Sales Copilot" comparison handy... :(
  • Working in healthcare, I'm curious about extending Copilot into Electronic Medical Records systems, specifically EPIC. What are the current capabilities, security controls, pitfalls, etc. Also, same questions about extending to other enterprise products such as ServiceNow.
