Where is the data actually stored when it is pulled?

Feb 29, 2024The data in Microsoft Graph Connectors is stored side by side in the same place where other Microsoft 365 data is stored. When I speak to customers or partners I usually say its a "1st class citizen" alongside Microsoft 365 data and treated no differently.

As Fabian mentioned, Graph connector data is stored in the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant in a custom storage location that is similar to Exchange but with a custom schema as defined by the connector developer. Graph connectors have a similar set of security, compliance, and privacy policies as well.
