Do you need to use Graph API to pull data from SharePoint lists into Copilot - or will Copilot find the SharePoint list data on its own?

Copilot will reason over the data in SharePoint as long as the list/library allows for index.

  Where would a SPO site admin find those settings? Site Settings > Document Library Settings > ? Enterprise Metadata? Indexed Columns?

  Thank you - it seems like Copilot does not pull SharePoint list data into the Semantic Index at all. Will double check it is allowed for index.

    The foundational models supporting Copilot for Microsoft 365 work best for semantic matching when working with "text-rich" sources. You can find the supported content types for semantic index here: https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftsearch/semantic-index-for-copilot#supported-content-types
