Hello,
Can we extend copilot via copilot studio by direct B2B API integration for populating localized just-in-time search data repository populated in Dataverse or any Azure database or any storage location?
If not supported, do we needed to create custom connectors to our specific B2B APIs? If so, how to create those custom connectors?

Hey Nilesh, Copilot Studio supports 1200+ data connectors out of the box that you can use to help build your plugins. It also supports your own"custom connectors" which can be API integrations if you wish.

- Is there a way to control JUST the transcript (and not other data) through purview compliance content retention feature? I would like to delete it after one day, finding a middle ground between copilot without transcript (that can only be invoked when in meeting, therefore if someone forgets they are done for) and copilot with transcript, that presents a bit of a compliance headache for us (since we do not allow meeting recordings)? Ideally, we could use the copilot with no transcript for longer, ie hide the transcript from users but allow copilot prompts after the meeting ends.
- Hey Walter, thanks for the feedback. Right now, transcripts are either saved or not, but you bring up an interesting point about adding some lag to allow a window for referencing after a call. Will take that back to the team!
