These presentations have yet to address how to prevent external users and guests from using their custom or third-party agents/bots within our environment, such as in Teams meetings hosted by our organization. Can you touch on that? Thanks.

Hi Hughes, to limit external agents in your Teams meetings please refer to this link: I need to be able to block users from using a third party ai on teams - Microsoft Community

Thank you for your reply, Riducan. I believe the article is about managing app access for internal users, including Guests within your Entra directory. However, I don't think it applies to external users outside your tenant's control. For example, if I schedule a private meeting in Microsoft Teams and invite three external users, one might bring a custom agent/bot to transcribe the meeting. Microsoft has mentioned using CAPTCHA in the Teams Admin Center to prevent anonymous bot access, but this might not always be desirable for meeting organizers. We can't control the external environment, and CAPTCHA can be tricked. It seems like Microsoft should address this gap. One solution could be prompting the meeting organizer when a bot/agent joins, allowing them to decide whether to permit or block it. This is important since meetings often involve sensitive internal information.
