I have problems when Copilot tries to acces my Outlook Calendar and I don't get a good recap of the meetings I have on a given week or day. Or when trying to get meetings suggestions with a colleague. Is there any tips to enhance the performance on that topic?
Hi Genis, thanks for your question. Are you trying to recap meetings through chat in Outlook? Through chat, the quality of the recap is highly dependent on the meeting being transcribed or recorded. If there is no recording or transcription available the summary will be less comprehensive. We are also working on bringing Intelligent Recap to the new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the Web. With this feature, you will be able to access the recap directly within the calendar invite. Please follow our public roadmap for updates. Regarding "meeting suggestions" what kind of meeting suggestions are you referring to? If you are referring to Copilot finding time for you to meet with a colleague, this feature is something we are working on but is not available yet.
