For a meeting when you ask Co-pilot to show relevant document to prepare for the meeting then what is the scope of the co-pilot search to identify all the documents / emails.
- Zack-ChuaJul 09, 2024Brass ContributorHi Ashish, thanks for your question. Prepare for your Meeting with Copilot will search the Microsoft Graph to find meeting related content such as documents that have been shared with the meeting (through the meeting chat, email or meeting invite) or related between you and the other meeting participants. You will only see documents that you have access to.

In other words, please offer more information and resources for RoadMap entry: Outlook: Prepare for Meetings with Copilot in the new Outlook for Windows and web With so many of us in back-to-back meetings, it can be a real struggle to stay on top of pre-reads, action items, and even what each meeting is about. Copilot can identify and summarize the key points so you can show up prepared in just a few minutes. When you have an upcoming meeting, Copilot proactively shows you a "Prepare" button in your inbox which helps you quickly get context for the meeting providing a summary of the meeting and showing and summarizing relevant files leveraging the power of the Microsoft Graph. Now you have all the most important details you need and can arrive prepared and ready to engage in a productive conversation. This feature will be available in the new Outlook for Windows and web. #newoutlookforwindows Feature ID: 374723 Added to roadmap: 4/1/2024 Last modified: 4/1/2024 Product(s): Outlook, Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) Cloud instance(s): Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) Platform(s): Desktop, Web Release phase(s): General Availability
