Hi Genis, thanks for your question. Are you trying to recap meetings through chat in Outlook? Through chat, the quality of the recap is highly dependent on the meeting being transcribed or recorded. If there is no recording or transcription available the summary will be less comprehensive. We are also working on bringing Intelligent Recap to the new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the Web. With this feature, you will be able to access the recap directly within the calendar invite. Please follow our public roadmap for updates.
