Like a lot of Copilot for M365 at the moment, I'm not sure if I'm lacking functionality because I'm not using it right or the ability simply doesn't exist. My question is around shared mailboxes - Has Copilot in Outlook got any visibility of shared mailboxes, and if so, is the function limited?

MicrosoftHi Simon, this is how you can add Shared Mailboxes in the new Outlook.
Please take into account that if you are using the desktop version the Shared Mailboxes will appear within the "Shared with me" section in the left nav bar.
