How would Copilot for Microsoft 365 be connected to on-premises file shares while respecting the user permissions there? 2nd quesiton, can Copilot be connected to on-premises Exchange server public folders?

Thanks Brian Jackett  for your response to this. Can you share some specfic links for how to set up the connection to on-premises File Shares? I have a client that hasn't migrated to M365 yet so this would be a huge win for them.
