When using copilot chat to search for information in emails, I've already found that it's pretty limited. For example "what's the status of my open microsoft support incidents from the last 3 weeks?", or, "who is our primary contact at microsoft for teams certification" came back with nothing. Is this expected? Have others found ways to get these types of questions to work? Is this just a matter of massaging the prompt, or is this something that you'd think is beyond the current capabilities?
