- , hi with the chat in teams I asked copilot to review messages and it doesn't actually review all the messages even if I specify a time period say 24 hours or 48 hours to 24 hours ago. Is there a way to get a better control over how many messages it searches or can summarize Etc
- Can copilot read data from emails attachments?
- And moreover, what about when the attachment is actually a ZIP archive with multiple files; will those be indexed?
At the moment, we only support text-based files that are in the supported content types. ZIP isn't a text file, so it won't be indexed. If text in a user mail is indexed, and the user clicks on that mail and sees a zip file, it isn't really the result of Copilot or Semantic Index, but a secondary resource. - I understand that currently, Copilot for M365 isn't available for Government customers. Is there an updated ETA on when it would be available?

- Is there a dashboard or downloadable file that will allow a tenant Administrator to see all Copilot Enterprise chat history across all users in the whole tenant? Scenario: we want to know what our employees are actually using it for (or trying to), or where they are getting tripped up in making incorrect assumptions about how it works.
- Yes, you can use eDiscovery tools to see all Copilot interactions within a tenant. They also appear in the Audit log, but to see the full details, you need the eDiscovery tools.
- Excellent M365 Copilot reporting is already available in Viva Insights. Excellent for business impact, especially for management. It is called Microsoft Copilot Dashboard (shows: Readiness, Adoption, Impact and Sentiment and compare with the global benchmarks)
- I have observed that copilot does not read all content from sharepoint page. is there a limit to this. I would like to use copilot and asks questions. I already have information on sharepoint pages. can someone please share more insights, is there a limit on how much information copliot can index on sharepoint pages ? document libraries files etc ?
- Copilot only reads content that you have access to. - It seems Copilot Chat now uses GPT4 turbo, but the input length is still limited to 4,000 characters. When will it support a much larger text input window? This is the main reason we have not switched from GPT Plus.
- Is a 300 license bundle the absolute minimum? Is there an opportunity to acquire trial licenses before committing if 300 is the minimum?

- We have E5, I can see Copilot in Office 365 apps but not Outlook desktop version?!
- Are you using the New Outlook? It is currently only available there, but coming to Outlook classic soon.
