- DigitalPocketCopper Contributor, hi with the chat in teams I asked copilot to review messages and it doesn't actually review all the messages even if I specify a time period say 24 hours or 48 hours to 24 hours ago. Is there a way to get a better control over how many messages it searches or can summarize Etc
- M365061290Iron ContributorCan copilot read data from emails attachments?
- jrwarwickBrass ContributorAnd moreover, what about when the attachment is actually a ZIP archive with multiple files; will those be indexed?
- GabeHoFormer Employee
At the moment, we only support text-based files that are in the supported content types. ZIP isn't a text file, so it won't be indexed. If text in a user mail is indexed, and the user clicks on that mail and sees a zip file, it isn't really the result of Copilot or Semantic Index, but a secondary resource. For more info on what content types the index supports, check out this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftSearch/semantic-index-for-copilot#enablement
- ElliottW1973Copper ContributorI understand that currently, Copilot for M365 isn't available for Government customers. Is there an updated ETA on when it would be available?
- DanNarlochFormer EmployeeHi Elliott, Thanks for the question. We're excited to bring Copilot for Microsoft 365 to the GCC environment targeting Summer 2024. Please reference our AI solutions blog to US government by Candice Ling here: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/azuregov/ai-solutions-for-us-government/ As we get closer to summer we'll share more specifics on the release timing via http://www.microsoft365.com/roadmap
- ElliottW1973Copper ContributorThank you!
- jrwarwickBrass ContributorIs there a dashboard or downloadable file that will allow a tenant Administrator to see all Copilot Enterprise chat history across all users in the whole tenant? Scenario: we want to know what our employees are actually using it for (or trying to), or where they are getting tripped up in making incorrect assumptions about how it works.
- ScottSchnollFormer EmployeeYes, you can use eDiscovery tools to see all Copilot interactions within a tenant. They also appear in the Audit log, but to see the full details, you need the eDiscovery tools.
- Roman01Copper ContributorExcellent M365 Copilot reporting is already available in Viva Insights. Excellent for business impact, especially for management. It is called Microsoft Copilot Dashboard (shows: Readiness, Adoption, Impact and Sentiment and compare with the global benchmarks)
- M365061290Iron ContributorI have observed that copilot does not read all content from sharepoint page. is there a limit to this. I would like to use copilot and asks questions. I already have information on sharepoint pages. can someone please share more insights, is there a limit on how much information copliot can index on sharepoint pages ? document libraries files etc ?
- JamesB80Occasional ReaderCopilot only reads content that you have access to. Selected file types are supported for reading content, you can review the current list here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftSearch/semantic-index-for-copilot#enablement .This capability requires the semantic index to be enabled in your organization, you can read more about the enablement process here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftSearch/semantic-index-for-copilot#enablement
- M365061290Iron ContributorDoes it mean that it can read all content from sharepoint pages?
- Patrick_SharkeyCopper ContributorIs there any end user training that goes in-depth into the user experience? We want to make sure end users know what to expect prior to their licenses going live. I am currently reviewing https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/explore-possibilities-microsoft-365-copilot/,
- SigurdWernerIron Contributoradoption kit is here: https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot-commercial-data-protection/

Microsoft
Hi Patrick_Sharkey - the current end user training we have right now can be found here: https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot/#business-user. There are help & learning articles on support.microsoft.com, courses on Microsoft Learn, YouTube videos, and more. We are working on publishing a playlist on Microsoft 365 Learning Pathways and are continuously planning additional content as the technology continues to evolve.
- CDAVIS640Iron ContributorIt seems Copilot Chat now uses GPT4 turbo, but the input length is still limited to 4,000 characters. When will it support a much larger text input window? This is the main reason we have not switched from GPT Plus.
- Joel GilliesCopper ContributorIs a 300 license bundle the absolute minimum? Is there an opportunity to acquire trial licenses before committing if 300 is the minimum?
- RodawingBrass ContributorHere's a great link with some info. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2024/01/15/expanding-copilot-for-microsoft-365-to-businesses-of-all-sizes/

- ScottSchnollFormer EmployeeAre you using the New Outlook? It is currently only available there, but coming to Outlook classic soon.
- M365061290Iron Contributorcan i get my chat history in teams meeting, when using copilot ?
- GabeHoFormer EmployeeYes you should be able to.
