Can we teach copilot our initialisms? For example, our org is "NYPA," but we pronounce it as Nigh-pa. Teams usually transcribes it as "Napa." Can we teach the Copilot to write "NYPA" when it hears "Nigh-pa"?
Hey Charles, appreciate the feedback and I'll take that back to the team. I believe this is probably 2-prong, first the ability for Copilot to recognize organizational terms and acronyms, and the other is transcription being able to comprehend and transcribe those terms appropriately.
