From what I have checked, there isn't any option on admin center where this capability can be disabled for users to select. Can you please advise if you able to disable this somehow, which is a requirement for us.
I follow what you are asking now. Specifically, you do not want to allow a meeting organizer to be able to be able to select "allow copilot without transcription" though meeting options.
