Can you elaborate on your question? Generally, once Copilot provides a response, it won't be updated. You could of course get an updated response if you asked Copilot the same question but provided newer grounding data for it to reference.

If co-pilot uses the data in o365 to formulate answers, and you upload more data to the tenant, how does Co-pilot know when new data was upload and how often does it refresh its knowledge?
