Can Stream on Sharepoint be made to automatically read Chapters in .mov files? Chapters are supported in the MOV container (and many others per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_video_container_formats) and apps like VLC have no problem reading them. It would make life a LOT nicer if they came along for the ride upon upload!
I spent about 2 weeks trying to get a few videos to be shown in a specific order, it's not possible. Sharepoint and Teams both have no way to control content layout and both do their best to automate content obfuscation. They're the opposite of a means to present information in a curated and meaningful way.
