Hi, will you be hiring designers to work on Teams or any plan to rebuild the app from scratch? I don't believe the product has ever been designed and it's a serious problem. It's basically impossible to use for visual communication and I'm struggling to convince our 60,000 person agency to find a tool that isn't a serious internal communication problem.

    I'm one of the most active contributors on the feedback site. I do so because MS desperately needs design consultation and they refuse to listen to the designers they do hire. I do not believe feedback should be the main design input, that's indicative of product management failure.
