Microsoft Outlook: What has happened to the junk mail filter? Of late it does not seem to be working. Multiple what normally would be filtered as "junk" is going to my 'focused' inbox. I have the junk option settings set at the highest level but junk (often duplicate) messages are coming through to my inbox. I mark them to block but they still show up. This has been going on for about a month now.
