From that perspective *.cloud.microsoft has been published to the allow-list a few months ago. Customers should implement this network change, just like they have been doing any other network changes based on Microsoft domain and IP guidance. Domain transitions of specific Microsoft 365 applications that involve customer admins changing *non network* configurations or services features are typically scenario-specific and will be communicated through Admin center in the context of that scenario with appropriate heads up time.
