Yes and no. cloud.microsoft will be used for authenticated first-party app experiences. So you can expect the authenticated Microsoft 365 experience to transition to cloud.microsoft. However, we will continue to use many of our existing domains (e.g., microsoft.com, microsoft365.com, outlook.com) to host unauthenticated experiences - so ultimately you may see both in different contexts.
