Hi had a partner reach out to ask if anything that they should be mindful of with the adoption by Microsoft of the cloud.microsoft unified domain for o365 and services with respect to flows still being routable over express routes for likes of MS Teams etc?

cloud.microsoft doesn't change whether a given scenario can be routable over expressroute. The rule of thumb is that if the scenario is supported over expressroute under its legacy domain, it can continue to be routable under expressroute after the transition.
