Microsoft 365 Admin Center AMA

Hello :), I have 3 questions, 1)what type of role permissions will adoption specialists need in Azure for access to the message centre features? 2)Will the new adoption field features incorporate into the planner process/model that was set up a while ago for reviewing message centre posts? 3) If you select not to know about a feature will you be able to 'change your mind' later if your licences change? e.g. we may not select 'viva' now - so AI will start to remove posts with that feature - I assume we can reselect the feature later if needed?
