- Alex_KattarBrass Contributorcan the format for the Loop component when creating a meeting in Teams be replicated when creating a meeting from Outlook? Today it's inconsistent and there is no way for format the Loop component from Outlook the same way as it shows when scheduled from Teams. TIA
- CourtBodaIron ContributorI'd love to be able to see my "Premium Plans" aka Project for the Web planners in Loop. Is this on the roadmap? Such an important facet if truly going to be used for collaborative work management in the future.
- milkyway123Brass ContributorAre there any tpis for managing comments? Currently, it's challenging to keep track of what has been addressed.
- EdwardH165Copper ContributorAre there any updates in bringing meeting notes to (higher ed) EDU tenants?
- milkyway123Brass ContributorAny new components/building blocks coming soon 👀? Would love to see a Calendar and Database! Also, any plan to let us integrate a Loop page or workspace within a Team's team?
- thenorthsideCopper ContributorSearching across pages would be super helpful!

Microsoft
When you're in the Loop app, there are two entry points to search across pages and workspaces. In the left rail/nav there's a search icon and alternatively Ctrl+J (jump) is an easy way to see a quick search list. It also updates as you type and helps with recall of pages and workspaces. Pages that occur in a workspace will have an entry like this "Product launch plans (page) * ProductX FY25 (workspace)". Loop pages also appear in overall search across M365 and on Office.com.- thenorthsideCopper ContributorAh I see that now, thank you! I'm used to searching similar to OneNote with Ctrl+F 🙂
- Chris_FerraroIron ContributorIs there data on adoption across Microsoft enterprise customers? We are interested but concerned about tool overload so were curious about how much this has been adopted and impact it was having?
- Mark-KashmanGold ContributorRelated to your question, to help with Loop adoption, wanted to share the Loop adoption center link: https://adoption.microsoft.com/Microsoft-Loop.
- Chris_FerraroIron ContributorThanks. Is there hard data though on the impact it can have or how much it has been adopted? I do not see that on the website. These are some of the questions I am asking to try and adopt it further at our company
- Rob_LionCopper ContributorAre there plans to better integrate Loop with Teams, specifically being able to add Loop as a tab within Teams Channels? The added Loop tab would also need be tied to the Teams channel, not the individual who added the tab.
- Rob_LionCopper Contributor
Thank you, Derek! Your answer put a smile on my face as well.😀
- StephanGeeIron ContributorWe really have an issue with Loop components saved to the OneDrive of the user. We need possibilities to move them to a new user or, even better, to a Teams/SharePoint. Is this planned in the near future? We left "Loop" enabled because it is a nice feature, but the lifecycle is a mess. Also, the administration capabilities are basically not existent.
- StephanGeeIron Contributor
Didn't find Dan to mention directly - so i try you 🙂
I think without user education it is really difficult to achieve the right storage place.
What should be possible is to add a tab (like with OneNote) in Teams - and then it should be stored in this Teams. Inheriting permissions, sensitivity labels, the lifetime of this Teams. sharing capabilities (also with guests) etc.
If adding documents into this loop workspace it should search in this Teams first etc etc
Even further (if possible) if you have a meeting with people that are members of this Teams (by mail address) - Teams should suggest to save the meeting notes into this workspace. I know there are channel meetings - but who is using them (our users do not 😉 )
For the OneDrive loops - like with Forms - there should be a possibility to move them into a M365 group. It's easy - even for not technical users.
Also - we need a possibility to back these things up. Veeam is not supporting this - are they missing APIs to do it?

Stephan - Rob_LionCopper ContributorI had a similar concern, I wanted a Loop component tied to a Teams channel, not an individual. I was able to get around this by creating a Loop component within a post on the "Posts" tab in a Teams channel. The Loop component within the Teams Channel post was tied to the Teams channel/SharePoint page, not me. I was able to confirm this by seeing the Loop component visible under the "Files" tab within the Channel.
- mhcg_markCopper ContributorI really like the Agenda component on appointments, but most of my appointments are with clients so it's usefulness is kinda limited. What's the current situation re Guests using Microsoft Loop? I think the last thing I read was that it was available but not for tenant with Sensitivity Labels in use, is that still the case? Or should it now be available for all Guests?
