I have a lot of in - person meetings, any plans to allow for the Meeting Notes to work in any meeting regardless of if it is a Teams meeting or not?

Yes, you can go to Loop, create new page, and when Copilot shows up at the bottom of the page, there's an option for "use a Loop template", select in the Template Gallery "Meeting Notes" and it frames the page into a meeting notes style. It has sections (and you can change those if you prefer) for Topic, Attendees, Agenda, Notes, Tasks, and Relevant Links.
