Any way to align organization key result to team objective ?

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I found very sad that you do not have a possibility to automate the alignment of key result and child objective.&nbsp;Example :&nbsp;I set up an organization objective with key result assigned to team 1&nbsp;Team 1 created an objective to respond to organization key result. Since you cannot align child objective to organization key result, we have to do it manually. Is there a better way to do it ?&nbsp;&nbsp;

laurentC80520&nbsp;Can you make sure that your admin setting allows for objectives to be nested under key results? If this option is turned on, it will allow you to align your team objective to another key result (instead of just objective to objective).&nbsp;If it is turned on, and you are still not able to perform the workflow you mentioned, please let me know.&nbsp;

WendyPatFong&nbsp;Where can I find Objective settings? Is it on the org level or Team level? I cannot find it on the Team level... Is there way to enable ability to link Objectives to Key results on the Team level?

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately, at this point, the setting can only be enabled on the org level. If you are the admin of the tenant, you will see "Admin" on the left hand side panel, then under "Configuration", you will see the screenshot attached at the top.
