Any way to align organization key result to team objective ?

Can you make sure that your admin setting allows for objectives to be nested under key results? If this option is turned on, it will allow you to align your team objective to another key result (instead of just objective to objective).
If it is turned on, and you are still not able to perform the workflow you mentioned, please let me know.

Unfortunately, at this point, the setting can only be enabled on the org level. If you are the admin of the tenant, you will see "Admin" on the left hand side panel, then under "Configuration", you will see the screenshot attached at the top.
