help with windows security
Windows keeps blocking one of my apps for school. I spoke with IT and they advised I have to turn off the Real-Time protection on my windows security, however, it states "this setting is managed by your administrator." I am the windows administrator on this computer and I cannot figure out how to change this. I am not very tech savvy and it seems impossible to talk to actually speak to someone at windows.
Any help is appreciated!
