Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'azureArcStatus')
Hello everyone,
This week, I updated my Wac to latest version (1.5.2312.09001) and after the update I have the following error and I can't add any Host to be able to manage it.
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'azureArcStatus')

Adam Sova slide9991225 ex3ggutor JamesMooney @Hi! I have some good news, we have resolved this issue and after further testing we can confirm it should be resolved. Please let us know if its fixed on your end. You can access the fix by upgrading your WAC on https://aka.ms/wacdownload
- Tested the latest fix. We're back in business thanks. BTW you need to change the version on the exe for download.

Thanks for your observation and letting us know 🙂I'm happy to let you know that I have gotten an engineer working on this.In the meantime, could you please try registering your gateway and if that doesn't work could you try configuring Azure integration. Resource on this is on this link.Please let me know of the update!
Rebecca_Wambua I've tried the suggested fix. Still get the error. Can we get an timeline on the fix? Its becoming a serious issue for us at this stage.

- Any update on this issue? I am also experiencing this same issue after updating to this latest version. The strange thing is that 2 of my other co-workers are not experiencing this issue at all. We don't have WAC registered with Azure, but I still get this error, all my connections are gone and I can't add any new connections. Thanks

I still have the same problem. For my part, I had to recover a backup of my server so as not to lose my settings. I am waiting for a solution so that I can upgrade.

I was able to reproduce this. I filed a bug for it and an engineer will be looking into the cause. Thank you very much for bringing it up, please be patient as we work on a resolution.
