I'm happy to let you know that I have gotten an engineer working on this.
In the meantime, could you please try registering your gateway and if that doesn't work could you try configuring Azure integration. Resource on this is on this link.

Rebecca_Wambua I've tried the suggested fix. Still get the error. Can we get an timeline on the fix? Its becoming a serious issue for us at this stage.
