Windows Media Player Legacy Sync

Yesterday I have opened Windows Media Player legacy on my testing machine.  The installation was freshly upgraded on the latest build, 2151. This happened on a second admin account I use, not on the build-in Administrator account. Windows Media Player legacy was missing the Sync tab, all it was present were the tabs Player and Burn. This is what it was suppose to be or is this a bug?
