Windows Admin Center Preview - 2511 English [MSI Corrupt]
When attempting to launch the WindowsAdminCenterPreview_2511.msi, I received an error message (See Below).
In addition, when I test the MSI using 7zip, the archive fails to validate. This occurred downloading the installer package twice over a two-day period.
My system info is below.

This behavior usually means the MSI package did not complete the download successfully or the file is being blocked by the OS. Even if the download appears to finish, a partial or interrupted transfer will cause both MSI and 7zip to report corruption.
Things to check:
- Download the installer using a different browser or network path. Some corporate proxies modify MSI headers and cause this exact error.
• Clear SmartScreen or Defender quarantine entries. SmartScreen can sometimes block preview MSIs and leave a zero–byte or partially written file.
• Ensure the file is not being opened while still locked by the browser.
• Verify the SHA256 hash from the official download page. If it does not match, the file is incomplete.
If multiple downloads over different days are failing in the same way, the most likely cause is network interception or antivirus inspection. Running the download on a clean workstation or VM usually confirms this. The MSI itself is normally fine on Microsoft's side.

I can confirm this as well. When checking the digital signature in the MSI, it's valid, so the MSI was broken before it even got to download page. Orca also refuses to open the file.
The non-MSI executable installer from the blog page does work however.
(The corrupt MSI version comes from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewserver.)
