Where can I find new features and bug fixes of a new server vNext insider release?

The topped release discussion doesn't offer any information about what new features are added and what bugs are fixed.

When new features are ready for Insider validation, information about them is included in the build announcements. We are still early in the development cycle and most new features haven't yet reached that state. Thanks for your patience.

So bug fixes will remain secret? I really want to wait until the bugs I reported are fixed before upgrading to that build, rather than frequently trying to see if each build fixes my bug.
