Upgrades fail to install after rebooting
I've been trying to install new builds of Server 2019 but failing with the error 0x80070003 - 0x2000D The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation ...
Build 17744 fails with the same error.
