Upgrade

Hey! will i be able to Upgrade from the Tech Preview of WIN 2019 Server to the full Version as soon as it comes out ?

Build-to-build upgrade is now supported, so you should be able to purchase and upgrade to Windows Server 2019 from a pre-release build when the product releases this fall.
