Upgrade "windows server insider preview" to final release

With Windows Server 2019,
will I be able to upgrade windows server insider preview to final release ?
Because it seems to me that was not possible with Windows server 2016.

TBH I'd be very surprised if this was supported.
It's not unusual for there to be large breaking changes or even feature removals between the first previews and the final release product (based on previous testing experience with MS product groups)

I suppose they use under the hood the same "engine" of Windows 10, so I think they now can do this.
