Upgrade "windows server insider preview" to final release

Hi,   With Windows Server 2019, will I be able to upgrade windows server insider preview to final release ? Because it seems to me that was not possible with Windows server 2016.   I've a...

Ok for 2016 to 2019.
But I am not used to understand well:
Let's take an example :
I set up a DC on a Win SRV 2019 preview.
Once the final version available, I could simply use this command on the preview?

dism /online /set-edition:ServerDatacenter /productkey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /accepteula

Hello,

 

well if I see this link (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/change-the-windows-image-to-a-higher-edition-using-dism) it seems that with that command you can change Windows to an "higher" edition, that I suppose is the same version but from Standard to Datacenter and not an upgrade.
