Some settings are hidden by your organization

Hello Insiders!

 

I've installed LTSC Build 17677, Standard version, English language (US), but wanted to set my keyboard to Spanish, even when the whole environment will remain in English.

 

I wasn't able to find Spanish (Spain) on this Build, I assume it will come up soon, but what I found more confused was an advice in "Advanced keyboard settings" stating that "*Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization", when this bare-metal test server is out of any domain and almost completely isolated.

 

Am I missing something and this is why I can see this advice?

    I have seen this from time to time. Usually there is some 'old school' way around it.

     

    The OS should provide more details on how this is being hidden and how to fix it.
