[Server 20289.2] Taskbar search has an option to add a Microsoft Account which leads to nowhere

Windows Server Insider 2022 build 20289.2 Taskbar search has an option to add a Microsoft Account which leads to no where since there is no option to do that.

These options need to be removed from Windows Server GUI because it's not possible to connect Windows Server 2022 to online Microsoft account or sign into it.
