Where is Hyper-V Server 2019?!
Technically the blog is correct in that the Evaluation versions of Windows Server editions were posted to the Evaluation Center. Hyper-V is a free product that also just happens to be made available on the Eval Center along with other free products like the App Compat FoD. I wish I had better news for you as to the availability - all I can offer is that the issue is being worked and to again ask for your patience.
Have also been waiting patiently for the Hyper-V 2019 evaluation media, as would like to run this on a new physical server, as opposed to tying down a Windows Server Standard license to that specific physical host. However, I need to have the guests set up and running this week. Do you think there is a chance that the Hyper-V Server 2019 media will be available this week? Otherwise, will have to use the Server Standard license, which I'd like to avoid if possible.
Thanks

I just wanted to point out that it is not flawless download if someone didn't read the whole topic here and just open the link.
And I am not sure, but I think even Windows Update is not properly working in this image. At least on my test installation, the check for updates online does not offer any cumulative update for download.

Vladimír Mach Yep, I already said this way up the thread. But for those in a hurry to test it out and not need Remote Desktop to work, knock yer-selves out.

Be aware that if you would install Hyper-V Server 2019 from the ISO from the link mentioned earlier, you will download a version before it was pulled, which BTW probably contains an issue with Remote Desktop connection (as discussed on https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/c9d82adb-5dd5-4e43-878c-2e98e00c2943/hyperv-server-2019-rdp-not-working?forum=winserverhyperv).
I strongly suggest waiting for an official release.
