Question: ReFS as bootable OS volume - Would it help to reduce CPU load and IOPS for servicing?
Hi everyone,
just thinking out loud:
IF Windows (Server or Client) would support ReFS as a Bootable Filesystem for the OS drive, do you think this could be help reducing CPU and IOPS required to patch the Windows Server fleet?
Azure Update Manager in action, brings my lab rig to sweat 🙂
I imagine that ReFS could be more efficient for servicing actions, like applying LCU, modifying or applying WIM images etc.
Given there was a vivid experimental discussion in this thread
